Japanese CAFEC Sanyo Sangyo filter paper specially designed for various roasting levels

After years of research, the design of permeable filter paper was developed with many wrinkles added to both sides of the filter paper to make the water flow smoother and allow for more variety in brewing. Therefore, the flow rates are different, and the different characteristics of each roast level are displayed when extracting flavor. Because the fine coffee powder will remain on the wrinkles of the filter paper, the coffee will not taste like coffee grounds. Medium roast is the fastest, dark roast is somewhere in between, and light roast is the slowest.
